Since the 2nd of February 2005, Propecuária is certificated under the norm NP EN ISO 9001:2000 of the Quality System, with the aim of securing the Quality Guarantee adequate to the services accomplished.

The Quality Manual contains the procedures of the organization and of the different functions applied to the Quality System. It simultaneously represents the commitments assumed by Propecuária with its customers, where the Quality Politics is planned, known, understood and practised.

The Certification aims at the improvement of the customers expectancies through the efficacy of the Managing Quality System created. The accomplishment of quality inquiries is frequent, so that the company can check its customers' satisfaction.
